Republic of Djibouti. Please read these terms carefully before using the website or completing any purchase.

1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

  • Your use of the website or making a purchase from it constitutes explicit and full acceptance of all terms and conditions
    stated herein.
  • The store reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon being published on the website .

2. Scope of Service and Delivery

  • Geographical Scope: The store provides sales and shipping services exclusively within the borders of the ​Republic of Djibouti. No orders are shipped outside the country under standard operations.
  • We may be able to deliver orders to countries outside Djibouti; however, shipping costs via international carriers such as DHL or FedEx shall be fully borne by the customer.
  • Delivery Details: Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering/registration process.
  • Delivery Timelines:Estimated delivery times are provided upon order completion and may vary depending on the area or operational conditions.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

  • Currency: All displayed p​roduct prices are quoted in Djiboutian Francs (FDJ).
  • Available Payment Methods:
    • Payment via mobile wallets / locally approved electronic payment methods (CAC Bank / Waifi / SBA Mobile): You must place and confirm your order, then contact us via WhatsApp using the numbers listed on the Contact page to obtain the store's official bank account details. This ensures secure payment receipt with your full acknowledgment, enabling us to confirm and ship your order without any errors.
    • The store reserves the right to adjust a product price before receiving payment for unconfirmed orders in the event of a pricing error or price update.

4.Orders and Purchase Confirmation

  • An order is deemed accepted once a confirmation message is sent via (WhatsApp or Email).
  • The store reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including:
    • Unavailability of the product in stock.
    • An unintentional error in product pricing or details.
    • Inability to reach the customer to confirm the delivery address.

5. Exchange and Return Policy

  • Return Period: The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging containing all accessories and tags.
    • Providing the purchase invoice or proof of purchase from the store.
  • Excluded Products: Personal care items or perishable products cannot be returned after opening the packaging for hygienic and safety reasons.
  • Return Shipping Fees: The customer covers delivery fees resulting from returns, unless the return is due to an error made by the store or a manufacturing defect in the product.

6.Data Protection and Privacy

  • The store is committed to protecting customers' personal data (such as name, address, phone number) and will not share it with external third parties except for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery. ​

7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law

  • The store assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of products after receipt.
  • Applicable Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Djibouti. The courts of Djibouti shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this website.
